Programs designed by Dr. Nigel Williams (child & adolescent behavioural specialist) and John (JJ) Williams (Head Coach, Top State Athlete).

At Corpus Christi College Aquatic Centre:

Monday 3:30pm to 6pm

Wednesday 3:30pm to 6pm

Friday 3:30pm to 6pm

SQUAD SWIMMING

Squads with a difference!

As with all squads there is a significant training component, and we will help you achieve your goals, be it fitness, doing well at their school swimming carnival, or achieving state/national qualifying times.

However, as head coach, I run these as I would have liked them to have been when I was a kid! Essentially, they are fun and challenging, but still maintaining a focus on technique, so that the kids can reach their goals and still love swimming!

Swimmers can choose between 1 and 6 sessions/week.

Our squad sessions are run at our Corpus Christi College Aquatic Centre in Bateman.
